Position Overview

To support the spa Manager and the Training in developing and maintaining the high standard of services in all aspects of the operation. The general responsibilities include being responsible and reporting all therapist activities relating in working schedule & leave balances, implementing in-house training program, providing exceptional customer service while performing quality massage therapies and body treatments as well as maintaining store compensation.

The Role

1.Operations

To conduct therapist duties
To contribute to the high level of services in accordance with the company's standard as prescribed in Standard Operations Manual.
To assist in coordinating and supervising staff in professional manner
To maintain in-house training program and keep rechecking Standard of Services
To implement therapist working schedule and be responsible to ensure the maximum productivity
To provide therapists adequate support from sick leave to annual leave while maintaining the work balances in staff schedule
To provide on the job training to new staff member
To teach and supervise the treatments when needed
To participate in new training programs as required
To monitor therapist performance and assist the spa manager in staff evaluation
to maintain stock at correct levels
To assist with demonstrations and events as required.

2.Administration

To update the Therapist Log Book and Notice Board
To fill in inventory reports accurately
To complete all assignments stated by deadlines with the spa manager or supervisor's guidelines.
To respond to the change as indicated by the company.

3.Policy & Procedure

To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company's policy and procedures
To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company's policy related to fire, hygiene, health and safety
To report for duty punctually and wear the correct uniform with the name badge at all times
To carry out the other duties as assigned by the management team
To establish good relationship and rapport with guests and colleagues
To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene in work areas

Talent Profile

At least Secondary graduated
Minimum 3 years' experience as therapist is 5 stars' spa
Able to communicate in English
Willing to teach and share the specialized skills with the team member
Have sense of awareness towards clients
Ability to work in flexible hours including weekends and public holiday
