PTTEP Services Limited**Job Purpose**:
**Officer, Offshore Coordination** coordinates related parties for offshore activities planning and scheduling in terms of personnel rotation, Personnel on Board, procurement of material, etc. The jobholder ensures safe and efficient transportation of personnel and materials to location in response to operational schedule.
**Key Accountabilities**:
Planning & Coordination:
- Coordinate related parties such as Production, Project, Drilling, Well Services, Maintenance, and Construction teams to gather information and consolidate schedule for personnel rotation, personnel on board, and related materials, ensuring the personnel and material are transported to location in accordance with asset activities plan.
- Coordinate Logistics function for helicopter schedule; prioritize the personnel to be on board in case of weather situation with objective to ensure efficient and safe transportation.
- Coordinate with Songkhla warehouse Stock Controller for an update status of materials, ensuring the appropriate time to order long lead items.
- Obtain material requirement; check with corporate standard specification; coordinate supplier for quotation; and submit the PR, as well as follow up to ensure timely delivery of the required materials including monitoring and controlling the budgets.
- Coordinate with IT team to establish IT equipment.
- Coordinate with Logistics team to plan personnel on board (POB) on the living quarter platform and arrange accommodations including bedding plan.
- Monitor site catering management and contract review.
Other support:
- Support maintenance service for accommodation general facilities and equipment as request.
- Maintain and update project document, personnel information database, and vendor training, etc.
- Verify Timesheet online before sending to Field Manager for the approval.
- Manage helicopter/ boat booking in iLogistics Management System and manage Logistics Operations Dispatch for crew change.
- Coordinate with headquarter for a special offshore visit.
- Coordinate with IOCC team for offshore performance monitoring.
- Planning and facilitate general events for offshore staffs.
SSHE:
- Be the Muster Checker and Typhoon Coordinator during emergency situation, coordinate Officer, Safety to ensure safe evacuation of all personnel.
**Professional Knowledge & Experiences**:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
- 3-5 years’ experience in offshore is preferable
- Good planning and coordinating skill
