Our client is a leading global provider of Medical Device distributors. This company is comprised of professionals who are passionate about their role in bringing their devices to their customers worldwide.
**Responsibilities**
- Managing the Order-To-Cash Conversion cycle which encompasses the order acceptance cycle, delivery cycle, and cash collection cycle.
- Managing daily sales order management activities encompassing document, information, product, and operations workflows.
- Managing the consignment order process to make sure the consigned goods are trackable and able to bill customers effectively.
- Communicating with sales and customers for the Account Receivable follow-up.
- Ensuring timely and flawless sales order creation in the enterprise computer system and processing of the same to meet customer request dates.
- Being able to monitor and manage the back order to meet the customer requirement.
- Providing guidance and/or intervention to swiftly resolve product quality issues, delivery disputes, and invoice and product discrepancies. Keep superiors informed and obtain appropriate guidance.
- Being responsible for the monitoring, data compilation and achievement of all sales order management-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as determined by the corporate operations and management from time to time.
- Working with stakeholders towards Improvement Projects to institute best practices to improve the process flow of operations activities.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge/ in-depth understanding and proven work experience of a minimum of 10 years in After Sales Operation/Customer Service Management.
- Outstanding communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and organizational skillsets.
- Proficient and effective oral and written communication skills in English and computer literacy.
- Strong Excel background.
- ERP knowledge is an advantage.
