Travel Coordinator

Overview:
The purpose of the role is to:
Support Thailand associates on the Travel Request and document required for Air Ticket, Hotel reservation, Visa arrangement, Airport ground Transportation request
**Responsibilities**:
**Accountabilities**
- Handle Travel reservation request from employees this includes Air Ticket, Hotel reservation, Visa arrangement, Airport ground Transportation request.
- Manage all documents and forms for VISA request to embassy
- Handles travel issues, able to advises employee regarding destination and Visa requirement. Knowledge of relevant flight regulations and required travel documentation are a must.
- Understand the entire travel process under company policy (Smart Spending policy) and able to advise employee to follow the right process
- Maintains accurate records of User profile / Corporate card information for booking request
- Response the travel request as per required SLA
Qualifications:
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
- 2-3 years of related experience required
- Strong administrative and coordination skills, troubleshooting skills with an effective customer-service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to communicate with employee in a professional manner.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office 2011 (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional level skills in both oral and written communication (English / Thai).
- Able to monitor the request from 9am - 6pm and working in the office
- Able to be working as a team and response the task a per SLA.
- Can do attitude and willingness to listen and learn
- Working knowledge of domestic and international travel booking
