We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Expert (FIT) with expertise in the Thailand destination.

As a key member of our travel team, you will be responsible for designing and creating customized travel experiences for our clients, focusing on French-speaking markets and additional languages.

Your in-depth knowledge of tourism and your passion for travel will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and exceeding our clients' expectations.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and develop customized travel itineraries and packages for clients interested in exploring Thailand.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options based on clients' preferences and budgets.
- Coordinate with local suppliers, hotels, airlines, and transportation providers to ensure seamless execution of travel plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, attractions, and developments in Thailand to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
- Research and explore new market opportunities to expand our client base and develop new business relationships.
- Actively participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote our services and build a strong professional network.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process and during clients' trips.
- Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies efficiently and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in French is essential, both spoken and written. Proficiency in another language(s) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a Travel Expert or in a similar role, specializing in the Thailand destination.
- Strong knowledge of Thailand's tourism industry, including popular attractions, accommodations, transportation options, and local culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their travel preferences.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to create accurate and well-planned travel itineraries.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive and resourceful, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency in travel reservation systems and travel planning software.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes, attend industry events, and conduct on-site inspections.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a flexible approach to handle changing client demands.
