Responsibility
- Creates and executes a strategy for talent acquisition and determines best recruiting and selection models in consultation.
- Manage internal communication function to support all HRM & HRD such as recruitment, welfare and Employee Development etc.
- Manage related HR Projects for the key business units/ internal clients
- To develop and support employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Track and analyze relevant HR metrics for management reports.
- Act as a point of contact for HR policies, practices, and compliance
- Other HR-related duties as assigned

Qualification

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ direct experience in a HR Business Partner role and/or the full spectrum of human resource functions
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration skills and strategic perspective
- Execution-focused, with strong attention to detail
- Flexibility and the ability to adjust to a constantly changing work environment
