- Main duties: Sales administration for overseas distributors (Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, etc.)
- Sales administration: quotation and inquiry response, order entry, delivery date management, sales management
- Export operations: preparation of export documents, contact with warehouses, domestic and overseas forwarders and couriers
- Accounts receivable management
- Other general administrative support (inventory control, translation of documents into English, etc.)
- Other tasks as assigned

- 【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Good command of English
- Experience at least 1 year

- Working experience at Japanese company over 2 years
- Computer proficient MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
