**As a Business Development Manager, you will be a key player in driving growth for our D2C-commerce Enablement team. You will focus on implementing innovative sales and influencer, digital marketing and eCommerce strategies, including building new networks with global client & agencies in the global market.**:
**What You'll Do**:

- Target and acquire new agency clients through effective prospecting and relationship building.
- Lead initiatives to expand our market presence of JP agency business in Thailand, driving incremental revenue from new agency clients.
- Identify and pursue sales leads, ensuring a robust pipeline for business growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to successfully reach new client opportunities.
- Analyze the needs of agency clients, understanding their challenges and objectives.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall team success.
- Present innovative advertising solutions, demonstrating how AnyMind can enhance the effectiveness of agency campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Manage and forecast sales plans based on targets and accounts.
- Stay updated on the latest digital technology trends.

**Who You Are**:

- 5+ years of business development/sales experience in a global digital marketing agency, with a strong focus on the Japanese market.
- Proven expertise in selling influencer marketing and online digital advertising.
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in managing and leading teams.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly responsible.
- Energetic and thrives under pressure.
- Able to work as a individual contributor
