**Hospital Network Manager**
The Hospital Network Manager is responsible for the development and execution to expand market access to UPC particularly in community hospitals, initially through the execution of hospital listing of prioritized target accounts. Subsequently, Hospital Network Manager is also responsible for identifying business opportunities to help drive market share growth and achieve promotion targets for allocated product/therapeutic areas.
Job Responsibilities:
- Directly supervises a group of Hospital Network Executives.
- Lead Team to achieve business targets and goals.
- Lead Team to meet or exceed established target of hospital listing forecasting plan and business execution goals.
- Lead and supervise a team to achieve a micro-sales-marketing or regional activity to support hospital listing; manage assigned activities budget.
- High-level engagement with HCPs, PTC, community and networking hospitals, and KOLs of MOPH/Regional Health Networks.
- Proactively anticipate and addresses obstacles that may impede results.
- Assess individual and team progress toward goals, and coach to improve.
- Develop Hospital Network Executive to enhance skills and advance to a higher career level.
- Work collaboration with related function as sales, marketing, business intelligence, and others.
- Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience with consistent success in specialty pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
- Having direct experience as District Manager, Sales Manager, and Areas Manager is required.
- Proven success as District Manager with experience in UPC and Community Hospital channels, Regional Health Networks
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, financial management, and written and oral communication skills.
- Previous exposure and/or experience in other functional areas of the business such as Sales Training, Operations, Brand Team, or Managed Markets
