**Location**: Vientiane, Laos (with potential work outside the capital in remote farming areas)
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage export trade operations, ensuring efficient processes and successful overseas sales.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with international clients, exploring new avenues to grow the client base and increase revenue.
- Produce concise and comprehensive periodical reports for higher management, providing valuable insights and updates on trade performance and opportunities.
- Lead and manage a team with strong leadership skills, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Act independently and creatively to identify new business opportunities and enhance trade operations.
- Work effectively under pressure, managing time and resources to meet challenging deadlines. Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in export trade, with a proven track record in handling trade operations and overseas sales.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English or Japanese is required.
- Management Skills: Prior experience in team management, demonstrating highly developed leadership abilities.
- Proactive and Resilient: Extremely proactive, able to handle high-pressure situations with a strong sense of urgency and dedication.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work partly outside the capital in a remote farming area, as needed.
Compensation: A competitive salary starting at $2,000 per month, with the potential for negotiation based on experience and skills.
Pay: From ฿66,600.00 per month
