You will establish and develop your business activities in your area of expertise and generate trustful and sustainable relationships. In your role, you will closely monitor relevant market trends, develop new approaches and methodologies and translate them into impactful business strategies. You will responsibly drive, oversee and manage the delivery of value creating consulting mandates. As trustworthy mentor, you will build and develop a dedicated team, help people to grow within the firm, thus ensuring Roland Berger's long-term success. **Qualifications** We are looking for Principals who successfully develop their market based on strong industrial/functional expertise and with innovative products. As an empathetic leadership personality, you rely on a sustainable business network and have an excellent track record in successfully acquiring consulting mandates and creating value for your clients. With your insights and personality, you inspire the project teams to depart from the beaten track. You are available for sparring and continuously challenge project work/results to ensure your projects create tangible impact for the client. **You are the key RB representative to the client, highly valued for your insights** - You are considered an equal and trusted counselor by your clients. You show genuine interest, respect and empathy for the client but always maintain an impartial view. They value you highly for your functional know-how/industry insights. Throughout your career you have built a diverse network of stable contacts. You are eloquent, present, authentic and at ease when communicating at all times.
