- ทำ Product Analysis โดยใช้ข้อมูลยอดขาย ข้อมูลสินค้า ข้อมูลจำนวนความต้องการของลูกค้า จากทีม Marketing และที่ปรึกษาด้าน Products มาใช้ในการกำหนด Product Group, แบบ, สี, ไซส์ และจำนวน Items ในแต่ละ Collection รวมถึง Retails Price - กำหนด Time Line ของแต่ละ Collection ตั้งแต่เริ่ม จนถึงวางขายหน้าร้าน โดยรวมทุกแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง และทำ Weekly Status Update - ประสานงานกับทีม Design ในเรื่อง Product Concept ของแต่ละ Collection โดยให้ข้อมูลเพียงพอที่จะใช้ในการออกแบบให้ตรงกับ Concept ที่ตั้งไว้ และให้ Target Price แต่ละ Products Group เพื่อใช้เป็น Guideline ในการออกแบบ และวัตถุดิบที่ใช้ - นัดประชุมคัดเลือกแบบที่ทีม Designer นำเสนอกับทีม Marketing & Sales - ประสานงานกับ Team Marketing ในการกำหนดรูปแบบ Packaging ที่จะใช้ - คำนวณต้นทุนสินค้าและจัดทำ Cost Sheet เพื่อส่งให้กับแผนก Marketing ไว้เป็นข้อมูลในการ Set Retails Price - ส่งรายละเอียดในเรื่องจำนวน Products Items ที่จะผลิตในแต่ละ Collection ให้ทาง DMP เพื่อไปใช้ในการกำหนด จำนวนผลิตของแตละ Items - ประสานงาน Merchandise-Outsourcing ในกรณีที่ DMP แจ้งมาว่าโรงงานไม่มี Capacities พอที่จะผลิต หรือเป็นแบบที่ไม่เคยผลิต เพื่อ Outsource ต่อไป - ประสานงานกับทีม Visual Merchandise (VM) เพื่อกำหนดรูปแบบของการจัดเรียงสินค้าที่จะเข้ากับ Theme ของแต่ละ Collection - ตรวจสอบ Product details และ Approval Samples ก่อนส่งให้โรงงานเพื่อทำ Brief & BOM - ทำการสำรวจหรือตรวจสอบสินค้าที่ผลิต และวางจำหน่ายที่ร้านรวมทั้งการจัดเรียงสินค้า เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าทุกอย่างเป็นไปตามที่กำหนดไว้ตามแผน และทำการปรับเปลี่ยนแก้ไขหากจำเป็น - เข้าร่วมการประชุมผู้บริหารและรายงานความคืบหน้าของแต่ละโครงการให้กับผู้บังคับบัญชา และ CEO รับทราบเป็นระยะๆ ตามที่กำหนด
