- Knowledge of event design and marketing processes.
- Highly creative with a strong eye for event design and a love of detail,
- Excellent understanding of the industry,
- Excited by/comfortable with fast paced, dynamic, hands-on role,
- Outstanding project management and negotiation skills,
- Strategic thinker who enjoys working in a collaborative, solutions driven environment,
- Fluency of English & Chinese both of speaking & writing

Role
- Responsible for working with the sales and design teams to achieve client event objectives with maximum satisfaction.
- Responsible for implementing the organizing project
- Have the ability to use the program Microsoft Office
- Manage and negotiate budgets with suppliers, etc. to meet the sales team's budget.
- Able to present and communicate ideas to customers well.
- Budget control
- Has excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to work flexibly under pressure while working efficiently and accurately. Cope with change and work under deadlines
