Overview:
Main Purpose:
The new Senior Design Director will be responsible for leading the food and snacks team across Asia BU, with a focus on Indochina and future initiatives in Indonesia.

**Responsibilities**:
Accountabilities:
Leader of the food design team. Takes ownership of the visual identity for all food projects in the Asia BU portfolio, working in collaboration with the Design Director, brand teams, insights teams and global design team while leading design team member.

They inspire the team to produce world class design solutions, on trend and on time and have decision-making autonomy. Supervision from Design Director will be low due to the seniority and complexity of L10 role. They will have a responsibility to partner with marketing teams across region, including brand / ecommerce / insights.

Our design process is defined as 25% strategic, 50% creative design and development, 15% executional and 10% final launch to market QC.

Generates creative design proposals (visions, scenarios, concepts) in order to visualize the desired output and share it with internal and external team members. Participates in research activities and effectively translates customer needs into actionable design requirements. Execute those requirements into design solutions for social media, digital and EC environment. Responsible for driving to final design recommendations, decisions and design approval to enable artwork execution / production phases. Ensure thorough consideration of all project variables and that the final solution will perform as planned.

Qualifications:
Key Skills/Experience Required:

- Proven design team leader
- 8+ years of deep brand design experience
- Graphic design degree and/or Masters
- Tangible understanding of digital ecosystem
- Extraordinary design taste and skill
- Extraordinary ability in using the Adobe Creative Suite software ( 3D software is a Plus)
- Can work under pressure
- International design experience preferred
