**Responsibilities**:
Team Leadership
- Manage and supervise a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support
- Set clear objectives, delegate tasks, and ensure the team meets deadlines and achieves targets
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth among team members

Graphic Design Oversight
- Ensure consistency and quality in design outputs, maintaining a strong visual identity across all communication channels
- Oversee the development of various design assets, including logos, brochures, websites, social media content, and other marketing collateral.

Marketing and Branding Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing, public relations, and branding strategies to enhance the organization's visibility, reach, and brand identity.
- Develop an insurance annual marketing plan and budget based on commercial and channel needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, product development, and content teams, to ensure marketing initiatives support their objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed;
- Manage the product marketing (Online and Offline) for all growth agent segmentation (Inspection Garage Channel, BM Channel, Direct Agent & MLM )
- Manage and be responsible for the PR, CSR & Corporate branding strategy

Campaign Analysis and Monitoring
- Analyze campaign results based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer behavior insights to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, making data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign performance and achieve desired outcomes.
- Continuously optimize campaigns by utilizing insights and feedback to drive better engagement and conversion rates.

**Requirements**:

- Thai Nationality only, Male/Female, Age 28-35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing communications, advertising, visual communication or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Visual Communication/Graphic Design, Online Marketing, Campaign Management, Brand Marketing, or similar role in the insurance industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates design excellence in corporate design, editorial design and branding works
- Exemplary organization, creativity, marketing analytical, and verbal/written communication skills are required
- Experience working in a leading a team, fast paced, high pressure and dynamic environment.
- Good command of English (both spoken and written).
