**About The Role**

Position**:Process Excellence Manager**

Report to: Head of CCL

You are responsible for ensuring that processes within the organization run smoothly and efficiently. You would work with a team of individuals from across the company to develop new ways of working, implement improvements, and ensure that everything is running smoothly. On top of this, you will also be tasked with developing training programmed or other initiatives to help employees become more effective at performing their jobs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement projects to improve processes within the organization, such as Lean Six Sigma initiatives or process mapping exercises.
- End-to-end compliance audit management.
- Review current processes and recommending changes based on industry best practices (system development and enhancement).
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes.
- Work with management to determine strategy for new initiatives or projects.
- Develop an implementation plan for each project, including identifying stakeholders, creating timelines, and developing budgets.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to discuss process improvements.
- Communicate with staff about process changes in order to ensure that employees are fully knowledgeable about new procedures.
- Review employee performance to ensure that they are adhering to new processes.
- Create reports detailing the results of process improvement initiatives.
- Manage workshop compliance - “5S and SOP”, Operations Audit Management - audit/corrective action template, execution, recommendation.
- Manage Operations daily data analysis - efficiency, productivity, and cost.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in a related filed, such as business administration, management or engineering.
- Has exemplary leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skill.
- 10+ years of experience in process improvement/excellence roles, with 5+ years in a management role.
- Proven track record of leading successful process improvement initiatives.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or higher certification preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

- Compliance to all CCL standards.
- Turn-around time is within the turn-around time target set by the Management.
- Refurbishment cost is within average cost of refurbishment set by the Management.
- Rework rate is within the set target by the Management.
- CCL productivity.
