**Aufgaben**:

- 1. Leading:
- Coordinate the tasks of all staff; show strengths and weaknesses of staff; implement training plan, enhance team spirit and motivation. Train staff in quality matters; set up targets, priorities and monitor them; guarantee of flow information on all important issues; assess staff; supervision of QM/TAAP people.

2. Managing CKD part management system for CKD, Local parts and SKD- Managing tasks regarding CKD, Local parts and SKD quality issue from start up the model, alteration, preventive information in term of PQ planning, PQ method, rework method, quality standard for part, claims process, problem investigation, rework checking and approval. Issue CAR to CKD or feedback problem to LC team in case of need improvement or prevention of part quality.

3.Claims Management- Managing and monitoring for part quality level feedback from PQ, production or all CS loop. Review claims information sheet and communicate to MO/PCPBA Quality team.

4.Preventive Information Management- Managing and monitoring perform PI activities and coordinate with DAG about PI issue.

5.Part rework process- Managing and monitoring perform Rework activities according MO/PCPBA instruction ,WIS and planning, preparing, description and improvement of process and interfaces.

6.Part Analysis- Managing and monitoring perform Part Analysis activities according MB standard and planning, preparing, description and improvement of process and interfaces.

7.Management Reporting- Review reporting, follow up on daily/weekly/monthly basis for Receiving Inspection e.g. Preventive Action Summary, Plan and Actual of monthly PQ, Claims Summary, CAR Summary, Rework cost summary.

8.Supervise and supporting IMS system at Receiving Inspection area- Ensure that an agreed quality processes according the DAG and ISO requirements is implemented. The process are described and maintained. Implantation of internal process audits, follow up and monitoring of all necessary corrective action or non-conformity in close cooperation with QM ISO Representative.

9.Project- Supporting, planning, preparing, set up projects in Receiving Inspection area with/for further development, shift and extend facilities, equipments and tools.

**Qualifikationen**:

- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience including at least 1 year in supervisor level in Manufacturing process, Process/Product in automotive or parts field, preferably in Automotive Industry.
- Familiar/live with quality system such as ISO 9000:2001, VDA, ISO/TS 16949, core tools technique (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) with automotive field experience would be advantage.
- Strong Team Collaboration.
- Excellent knowledge of technical MB product/automotive
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, strategic, data processing, communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, open minded, and target driven.
- Good command of English
- Able to communicate in Thai fluently (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
