- งานประจำ- 3 - 5 ปี- เชียงใหม่และภาคเหนือ- ปริญญาตรี- 20,000 - 30,000 บาท/เดือน- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Administrate & operate LAN & WAN networks, system management.
- Troubleshooting for computing system/network operating problems..
- Support calls and document their outcome to facilitate the resolution of common queries.
- Manage IT equipment borrowing and prepare equipment by staff‘s request.
- Maintain the existing PCs and peripherals to Safran’s standards, by performing upgrades, new installations and carrying out routine procedures.
- Performs hardware replacements as equipment becomes defective or obsolete.
- Deploy PCs and associated peripherals including new installations and the redeployment of existing equipment.
- Monitors and maintains the performance of computer systems, services and the network; notes trends and initiates action when necessary.
- Ensuring all services contracts are in place and valid.
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
- Providing support to users, including procedural documentation and trainings.
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
- Testing and evaluating new technologies.
- Model ethical behavior and execute job responsibilities in accordance with company values and ethics policies.
- Follow the company procedures, work instructions, regulations and comply with environmental, health and safety requirements.
- carries a serious responsibility to protect the company’s assets at all times.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all teams within the IT Department so as to provide broad technical services to their facilities.

คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Business Computer, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT or hold in the similar role.
- High energy level, comfortable performing multiple tasks.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Well organized, structured and punctual.
- Good Communication in English
- Experience with Cisco network equipment, telephone/video conferencing systems. ERP Info is preferable.
