**C. Main duties and Requirement**
- According to the company's business development needs and regional market characteristics, formulate product sales strategy and business development plan
- Establish smooth customer communication channels, preside over customer business negotiations and clinch a deal, and implement customer payment back to create a long-term, sound and stable relationship with regional customers
- Building and leading the sales and marketing team in the Southeast Asia market (Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, etc.) to meet sales goals
- Ensure the achievement of sales performance and reasonable distribution and control of sales expenses
- Work with supply chain management team on the scheduling and dispatching of products, and keep posted with customers
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Director

**D. Qualifications and Skills**
- Have a university degree in marketing / communication / business administration / or other related discipline
- **Fluent in written and verbal English and Southeast Asia local languages (Malayan, Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, etc.)**
- 3-5 years of business development project experience at agriculture or similar industry
- Familiar with the target grain, hay and meat markets in Southeast Asian, with existing channels preferred
- Familiar with L/C operation, ideally experienced in import and export of agricultural commodity products
- Ability to understand the dynamics of international agriculture commodities market, highly sensitive with global commodity price fluctuations
- Extensive experience of commodity price forecast and analysis
- Superior ability to craft and deliver data driven presentations
- Working comfortably within a multinational team
