**6. แก้ไขปัญหา คุยกับลูกค้าเฉพาะในเคสที่ทางฝ่ายขายไม่สามารถจบปัญหาได้**
**7. สามารถแปลคู่มือการขาย หรือจัดทำคู่มือการใช้งานสินค้าได้**
**8. ออกตลาดในช่องทางที่บริษัทฯ จัดจำหน่ายเพื่อเก็บข้อมูลในการวิเคราะห์คู่แข่ง**
