Manager, Technical Product Owner

Product Owner, Product Management, Project Mgt. Familiar with sprint planning, agile methodology. Experience in Digital Marketing or Campaign Manage. Key Responsibility. Develop, assess, and manage requirements and roadmap for CRM, Marketing Automation and Loyalty platform. Perform configuration and small development tasks within the CRM and campaign management systems, ensuring they align with business needs and requirements. Collaborate closely with implementation vendors and partners, providing guidance and direction throughout the implementation process. Work closely with other Product Owners and IT team members to successfully deliver business and technology programs according to the established plan. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the CRM and campaign management systems to identify areas for improvement, risks, issues and recommend enhancements or mitigation. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the digital marketing space, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Drive user adoption and training initiatives to ensure effective utilization of CRM and campaign management systems across the organization. Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, leveraging CRM and campaign management systems to drive customer engagement and conversion. Qualifications. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. 2 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management. Strong analytical skills to effectively gather and analyze data. Project management skills are a plus and will contribute to success in this role. Positive mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a "Can do" attitude. Willingness and openness to learn Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Session M products, even without prior experience. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques. Good communication skills in Thai and English, both verbal and written. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
