**Key Responsibilities**
- To assist Senior Material Planner and Material Planning Manager, in the executions in overall material management activities (buying and maintaining on time delivery schedule from supplier) and supporting on any improvement initiatives.
- Working closely with production planner on the material usage requirement and call-in scheduling especially for drum and pails and other packages with optimization on warehouse area.
- Ensuring delivery schedule from supplier is met according to the need date and ensure NO production impact due to shortages
- To handle / monitoring daily material usage requirement to ensure no material interruption and excess of inventory by reviewing and offset outstanding PO every month.
- To handle indirect purchase of MRO and services by getting PR from requestor to convert to PO.
- To have the strong background in MRP and master data (e.g., material, lead time, standard packing, safety stocks and etc.,) are properly maintained.
- Able to contribute intensive knowledge of supplier management and ensure suppliers able to comply with PPG standards and best practices. eg., Shelf life, FIFO and others.
- To perform other related duties as required.
- Collect shipping documents and ensure data matching in both system and supplier’s documents
- Clear invoice on hold both 3rd party’s supplier and internal PPG and proactive to avoid the discrepancy
- To perform other related duties as required.
- Working location: Based in Samut prakan, Thailand

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in Chemical Industry and experience in procurement, material planning and supply planning
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills in the dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills, organized, meticulous with strong eye for business focus.
- Able to remain focused and work efficiently under pressure while handling multiple tasks and work independently
- Positive & right attitude, strong sense of urgency to resolve issues.
