**Handling the overall process of recruitment, selection and hiring in order to put the right man to the right job in most effective processes and manpower cost control respectively to company hiring policy. This includes manpower planning and budget support.**
**Ensure consistent and reliable completion of staffs probation evaluation and employment status change and update.**
**In charge of outsources training coordination and also taking care of the in-house training as facilitator and internal trainer.**
**Ensure both of the common and the functional training standards are updated and consistently deployed, including training records control.**
**Follow up training activities as assigned**
**Handling internal and external audit related Training & Development**:
