Join us and become a part of a company that is not just about creating solutions for a better life, because at LG, Life's Good. - **About the job**- ** Responsibilities**- ** Sales Target Development**: Create and develop comprehensive sales achievement targets that align with company goals and market conditions. - **Dealer Channel Management**: Oversee and manage sales promotions across all dealer channels to maximize market penetration and sales effectiveness. - **Program Planning and Execution**: Plan and coordinate PSI with dealers, ensuring all promotional activities are in line with company policies and sales programs. - **Financial Management**: Ensure timely resolution of chargebacks to maintain financial integrity and dealer satisfaction. - **Performance Monitoring**: Regularly monitor sales performance metrics and provide detailed reports to senior management to inform strategic decisions. - **Inventory Management**: Implement swift actions to address slow-moving or non-moving products to optimize inventory levels and minimize losses.- - ** Requirements**- Bachelor’s degree in any related field - Minimum 8 years experience in sales management, preferably in the TV/AV industry. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. - Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage dealer relationships. - Experience in planning and executing sales promotions and incentive programs. - Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving, particularly in inventory management.- All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
