**About the Role**

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can turn data and insights into actions that drive growth. This role will be an integral part of the CSP team, working closely with peers to deliver impactful analysis and recommendations that support business growth. The role will focus on key areas such as promotion management (CPP), in store theme activation & special pack initiatives and evaluation, all aimed at improving overall business performance.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Act as a CSP business partner to key stakeholders (CBD, BB, BUF, CDF) to drive promotion effectiveness.
- Take ownership of trade spend optimization and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct quarterly post-evaluation of CPP spending to assess efficiency and ROI.
- Support pre
- and post-evaluation of in-store theme activations and special pack initiatives, together with CSP team members, and contribute to generating actionable recommendations.
- As part of the CSP team, continuously monitor sales performance and market dynamics, and work collaboratively to generate insights and recommendations that drive business impact.
- Collaborate closely with PMT teams across all BUs to support central initiatives and ensure data accuracy within UL systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or other related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
- Able to communicate ideas clearly and work well with others in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Positive attitude with a proactive mindset and growth potential.
- Experience in FMCG or working with data from Nielsen, Retailer shopper data, or Kantar is a plus.
