Develop strategies for all marketing perspectives; Branding, Digital, Communication, Advertising, Public Relation, Customer Relationship Management and Royal Program.
Setting budget and analysis budget overviews, and analysis competitors.
Able to indicate brand positioning and develop marketing plan to match with target customers.
Identify marketing opportunities to reach new market segment and expand market share.
Analyze competition situation and design competitive advantage plan.
Coordinate with category and operation team to achieve the same business objective.
Lead in relevant marketing agencies selection and being the contact point for marketing brief, approval and implementation.
Planning and develop marketing strategy and execution plan for event calendar, theme, and mechanics; ensures synergies with shop-wide campaigns and online campaigns.
Coordinate with tenants for support media, activity, sale promotion and other.
Responsible for managing the performance and development of the team members.
Develops reports and presentations for internal and external meetings.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor s degree or Master s degree in business, marketing, sciences and related fields.
Experience in marketing environment as a lead role.
Familiar with Retail Business.
Proficient knowledge in recent marketing tool and software.
Good command of English and computer literate.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Extremely detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and quality across all tasks.
Excellent problem-solving and management skills.
Expert in social media, analytics tools and fast learning in Marketing technology.
Strong entrepreneurial, analytical, strategic thinking & planning, presenting and interpersonal skill.
Outstanding personable with inspiring.
