**Principle Accountabilities**:
- Contact prospective customers, collect and maintain detailed records of outgoing and ingoing calls as well as follow up the unreachable and actionable items
- Understand business objectives and work with team to design surveys script to discover prospective customers’ preferences
- Contribute to business profitability by selling to new and existing accounts via the call / MST to maintain & increase business opportunities and profitability
- Process and follow up sales activities for renewals, new contracts and opportunities
- Identifies competitive activity with personal area and follow up competitor prospects, ensure market intelligence received from customers and other sources
- Present and offer products and service to prospective and existing customers via MST / calling
- Handle Adhac and perform other tasks assignment
**Minimum Requirements and Qualifications**:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Can do Attitude, Ambitious Goal and Respect Diversity
- 1-3 years of experience in selling with a proven track record in prospecting, qualifying, and closing accounts via phone is highly preferred
- Self-motivate and continually improve sales and prospecting techniques
- Good in communication presentation and negotiation skills
