**Summary**:
This role is responsible for resolving basic customers' service or billing complaints and obtaining customers' names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased. Applies basic skills in the execution of existing procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process customer orders according to department guidelines and policies.
- Verify order accuracy and resolve any discrepancies with sales team and customers.
- Effectively engage with other departments
- Communicate with warehouse staff about all order issues.
- Generate invoice and Credit note as needed
- Meet quality and productivity and other expectations.
- Support growing department's capabilities, which may include assisting to build more accessible processes and reduce manual process.
**Requirements**:
As a minimum you must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
- Experience in order processing and customer service more than 5 years.
- Data entry experience in SAP (CS module
- Order processing)
- Have multi-skill for handle many tasks at the same time
- Ability to work well with the team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of English is preferred
- Good computer skill especially, SAP, Outlook, Microsoft, Team
