**Key Responsibilities**
- The QC Manager for Bulk & Finished Goods (FG) is responsible for ensuring the quality of finished goods and bulk production according to company standards. This role involves collaborating with various departments to minimize deviations and non-conformances, conducting quality control for new products and serial production, ensuring compliance with GMP, and managing personnel. The QC Manager plays a key role in improving production processes and maintaining quality standards.
- **Quality Control for Serial Production of Finished Goods**
- Establishing quality control processes, specifications, and criteria for bulk and FG production.
- Collaborating with Company HQ and regional teams on quality control issues.
- Working with various departments to solve quality problems, follow up on CAPA, and ensure process efficiency.
- **Quality Control for Serial Production of Bulk**
- Collaborating with Company HQ and regional teams on bulk quality control.
- Working with various departments to address quality issues and improve the compounding process.
- **Quality Control for New Product-Final Finished Product Release (FFPR)**
- Establishing quality control processes, test equipment, and criteria for O-series and first production.
- Training and supervising subordinates to meet Company standards and delivery timelines.
- Supporting production line trials, approval processes for new products and packaging, and resolving quality issues.
- **Workflow**
- Planning bulk testing and release processes in alignment with the production plan.
- Collaborating with the central laboratory team to ensure a smooth workflow and timely operations.
- **GMP and Document Management**
- Monitoring manufacturing and QC processes for GMP compliance.
- Preparing or revising documents to meet GMP, GLP, and Company standards.
- Arranging training programs for personnel on various quality-related topics.
- Ensuring the traceability of raw materials through an effective documentation system.
- **Work Safety and Environment**
- Ensuring lab staff's safety and workplace conditions.
- Promoting efficient resource use and minimizing environmental impact.
- **People Management**
- Guiding, supporting, motivating, and developing subordinates.
- Being involved in personnel policy and decisions in the department.
- **Personnel**
- Leading, encouraging, motivating, and developing personnel.
- Participating in personnel policy and decisions within the department.
- **Other Assignments**
- Performing additional tasks assigned by superiors on a case-by-case basis.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in sciences or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in QA/QC in the personal care, cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control for bulk and finished goods.
- Familiarity with GLP, GMP, QMS, and cosmetics regulations.
- Proficiency in English, computer skills, statistics, and leadership abilities.
