**Our Data Analytics team **works closely with clients to derive valuable insights, develop advanced business intelligence and implement purposeful analytics solutions.

Our Data Analytics Manager will be great at creating insightful business solutions, have a broad understanding of diverse industries, are passionate about exploring cutting-edge technologies, and enjoy mentoring alongside inspiring a team.

**What are the responsibilities of a Data Analytics Manager?**

**In this role, you will get to**:

- Recruit top talent of all levels, mentoring junior members and advising senior staff
- Understand company objectives and business needs
- Develop team strategies including action plans in alignment with company directions
- Drive and monitor key performance metrics across the team
- Keep abreast of industry standards and applicable policies
- Work with Senior Management to allocate team resources amongst projects
- Support Business Development team in acquiring client projects
- Ensure team delivers cutting-edge solutions to meet client satisfaction
- Implement best practices for business intelligence and data analytics solutions
- Be resilient and adaptable to changes in a dynamic environment

**Requirements for this role are**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
- Solid background in analytics and statistics
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in data analytics ranging from identifying requirements and formulating hypotheses to deriving insights and providing recommendations
- At least 3 years of experience in leading and/or managing a team of minimum 10 people, including setting goals, conducting performance review and developing training plan for team members
- Experience in technical proposal, man-day estimation and resource management
- Familiarity using data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of R and SAS will be an advantage
