**Position: HR & Admin Manager (Thailand)**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee all HR-related work for overseas operations, including the development and optimization of HR management systems, policies, and procedures.

2. Work closely with business leaders to understand operational needs, identify organizational challenges, and design effective HR solutions.

3. Lead recruitment efforts by developing and managing local hiring channels to fulfill production and functional staffing needs in a timely manner.

4. Manage all HR and administrative functions for Thailand operations, including but not limited to onboarding/offboarding, employee transfers, training, manpower planning, attendance, and payroll management.

5. Supervise administrative operations, including facility management and EHS, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective support for business activities.

**Job Requirements**

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in any major.

2. Minimum 3 years of HR and administrative experience in the manufacturing industry in Thailand.

3. Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, government regulations, and operational procedures.

4. Excellent command of **Chinese and Thai** (both spoken and written) is **mandatory**.

5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly professional, with strong communication and organizational skills.

**Reporting Structure**
- **70%** functional reporting to Thailand General Manager
- **30%** functional reporting to HR Head, China Headquarters

**Team Structure**
- HR Team: 5 members
- Admin Team: 10 members

**Scope of Work**

Responsible for HR management across **three manufacturing plants in Thailand**, with a focus on **recruitment and training** to support local business expansion.

Pay: ฿1,560,000.00 - ฿2,340,000.00 per year
