- ** Job Description**:
- Plan and Manage HR Strategies; Manpower planning, recruitment and selection process, retention and engagement, and organization to support overall strategic aims and objectives of the company.
- Ensure HR policy, procedures, and forms are up to date, in line with current legislation and maintained according to ISO standards and legal compliance throughout HR Management.
- Actively support with managing benefits including the pension schemes, the benefits process and the annual benefit review.
- Manage the annual performance management cycle and work to obtain maximum by informing staff to ensure that the process is meaningful and promotes high performance, engagement and retention.
- Manage and develop the HR team and ensure that the team provide an effective and efficient HR service, respond promptly to queries and manage expectations.
- Report Top Management and provide decision support through HR Matrix.
- ** Requirement**:
- Male or Female, Age between 41 - 46 years
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Finance, Business Management, Technology Information or related field
- Experience at least 15 yrs. in manufacturing field.
- Strong knowledge and data analytic skill of HR process (Recruit, Compensation & Benefit, Retention and Engagement, Employee Value and Performance, etc.)
- Strong communication skill and presentation skills with ability of storytelling in English (Listening, Presentation, and Negotiation)
- Demonstrate strong character and excellent leadership qualities. Exhibit analytical, decision making, planning, empathetic and problem solving skills.
- Strong working knowledge and experience of information data processing and record-keeping, experience of working with ISO is desirable. - Competent in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power point, HRIS is preferred.
