- **The Role**
- Providing technical support for the company installed equipment and systems (PV, ESS systems) during pre-sales and after-sales stages.
- Providing technical (and advanced) training to sales staff, installers, EPC companies, and system owners.
- Conducting PV systems analysis and design works, technical-economic assessment of PV systems, and PV+ systems (with ESS, EV).
- Traveling to sites to address after-sales issues and warranty obligations.
- Assisting in the management of the service partner network within the territory (ASEAN countries, Pakistan, Sri Lanka).
**Requirements**:
- Technical engineering background, preferably in the electrical/photovoltaic engineering field, with a minimum of three years of experience.
- Strong product management skills.
- A distinct customer service focus and customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English and the local language (both written and spoken).
- Experience working for an international organization is preferred.
- A hungry go-getter with a strong can-do and hands-on attitude.
- An energetic, highly motivated, and driven manager who is willing to roll up his/her sleeves and do whatever is personally necessary to guarantee the team's success.
- Ability to work independently and be a team player.
