**MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY**:
The Marketing Associate will assist in the planning, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various platforms and channels. You will collaborate with the Head of Marketing, local growth teams, and regional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, well-executed, and tailored to local and regional markets. This role focuses on supporting key marketing initiatives and providing organizational and analytical support to achieve strategic goals.

**TASKS**:

- Collaborate with local and regional teams to adapt marketing assets and messaging for specific audiences and target markets.
- Learn and assist in creating and managing HubSpot Workflows to automate lead nurturing and outreach activities.
- Help coordinate the production of campaign materials, including content and visuals, to meet project deadlines.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and learning from results.
- Assist in managing social media scheduling tools and content publication across Sprout’s platforms.
- Participate in setting up and running experiments and conversion tests to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Work with agencies and vendors to support the planning, creation, and distribution of paid acquisition campaigns.
- Stay informed about emerging marketing tools and trends, and share insights with the team.
- Provide general support to the marketing team to ensure alignment with overarching strategies and objectives.

**QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 1-2.5 years of experience in marketing or related internships; experience in a startup environment is a plus.
- A positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn and grow in the marketing field.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of how to tailor messaging to various audiences is a plus
- Basic familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or HubSpot, is helpful but not essential.
- Strong organizational skills and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with a desire to understand and work with marketing data.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
