- Develop the recruitment & selection strategy to be in line with the company objective
- Responsible for the talent management strategy and career development plan
- Provide consultative advices and support line managers for the entire recruitment process
- Ensure the recruitment process have been followed and aligned with the corporate recruitment & selection policy
- Prepare monthly recruitment and manpower reports including other necessary reports related to recruitment function
- Aware in Health & Safety Policy

- 1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
2. Experience in related field not less than 5 years in sales function
3. Accountability and Organizing
4. Problem Solving Skill
5. Good command in English both writing and speaking
6. Computer literacy
