PRTR IT Recruitment is supporting our International client who is a leading packaging solution provider, having branches worldwide.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Being the first point of contact for all IT issues across the company’s business across ASEAN (Australia, India, Bangladesh, etc.).
- Providing timely and professional support for Incidents/Service Requests.
- Supporting and resolving problems for users.
- Being responsible for IT on-call duty locally and globally.
- Handling the remote support, and troubleshooting IT problems with SLA agreed *Complex issues will be escalated to Tier 2 - IT Global Support.
- Ensuring that the Data Center system, Network (Production Systems Automation) runs smoothly.
- Providing instruction to users during the handover of technical devices.
- Provisioning of IT hardware and software i.e. PC, notebook, PDA, peripheral, monitor, printer, multifunction copy machine, mobile and accessory, software, etc.
- Working with suppliers or purchasing departments regarding the ordering process of IT hardware, software, and external IT services.
- Managing the company's IT Hardware and Software assets.
- Improving user IT skills by providing IT documentation & end-user training.

**Qualifications**:

- Thai Nationality, not over 37 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT.
- Experience in supporting International users is a must.
- Experience in supporting Windows OS System, SAP HANA, and Cloud Technologies.
- Basic Troubleshooting of Networking issues, Computer Hardware, Software, LAN/WAN, Maintenance, and Service.
- English communication is a must. Use to deal work with overseas.
