Work responsibility

**BIM Coordinator**
- BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets & document/ workflows and project set up
- Supervise & Monitor 3D models
- Detect & Manage clash issues and provide clash report to BIM Manager with Navisworks Manage
- Effectively and professionally communicate with project team members and BIM Manager
- Review & Audit models in Autodesk Revit
- Hold weekly meeting with project management and team
- Develop database and information storages system and file management for projects, company and clients

**BIM Modeler**
- Create highly detailed 3D Models shop drawings for construction projects
- Maintain file management per BIM standards for all soft and hard copy of BIM documents
- Carry out processes of Clash Detection and Model coordination to ensure the model is accurate
- Reports directly to BIM Coordinator
- Perform other related duties as required or assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Thai nationality, Age not over 40
- Diploma - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil /Architect
- Demonstrated proficiency in Autodesk - Revit and Navisworks
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Min. 2-3 years experiences as BIM Coordinator / BIM Modeler
- Able to communicate in English both verbal and written
- Able to work at construction site
