หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Provide advice and determine building information modeling methods.
2 Work together and coordinate with consulting companies, and customers through the cloud system BIM 360 Docs or equivalent.
3. Prepare Cash Detection and carry out Collaboration Workflow along with making reports and organizing meetings.
4. Prepare documents for checking the quality of the building information model (QA/QC Model) and make a QA/QC Model summary report.
5. Prepare documents for inspecting construction quality (Site Inspection) and make a report summarizing Site Inspection.
6. Prepare Shop drawing and As-built drawing.
7. Develop tools to facilitate work as necessary with Python, C#, Dynamo, etc.
8. Prepare BIM Execution Plan to meet project needs such as OIR PIR AIR and EIR etc.
9. Coordinate with the business development department. To prepare documents and personnel during the construction bidding period.
10. Prepare a work plan with BIM and use to follow up to achieve the plan.
11. Deliver models to customers according to project needs.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
- Bachelor's degree architecture / engineering or other related fields
- Minimum 5 years of Coordinating building information forms experience.
- Knowledge in structures, architecture and building assembly systems.
- Knowledge in construction planning, design work, design work, and building management after delivery of work.
- Expert in information-based work planning
- Expert in working standards related to information forms such as ISO 19650 or equivalent.
- Able to Revit, Navisworks, Microsoft Office, Power BI desktop, Google Data Studio, etc.
- Excellent command of the English language.
