**About us**
- Manage Sub-contractor to deliver quality & quantity of transportation service to customers which are complied with company’s rule/regulation.
- Complete all deliveries as per customer’s requirements.
- Developing and maintain relationships with subcontractors and customers.
- Ensure customer’s complaints have been satisfied ASAP.
- Control and monitor of best Practice standard working procedure.
- Operate sub-contractor under safety regulation and safety targets as same as DHL own fleet.
- Coordinate and support GMP and/or DHL standard implementation.
- Compliance with GMP manual.
- Control and monitor all transportation activities to complete with customer’s requirements.
- Support to select, supervise and monitor transport subcontractors and suppliers.
- Support works which relating to safety working environments.
- Verifying KPI report and send to customer.
- Instruct the correct method of safety operation to the employees in the unit of responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with the rules, regulations, instructions, orders or measures relating to working safety.
- Manage and prepare all type of truck to be sufficient for delivery all products to customers each day for each project.

**Responsibilities**
- Response to solve related problems and maintain good reporting channels to all concerns; including customer, immediately in the events of delivery delays, service failures or accidents.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions in case of errors, complaints, incidents, accidents, non-conformance issues occurring to avoid the issues in the future.
- Maintain good relationship with customer and provide valuable suggestions and effective realistic plan for customer’s benefit.
- Work closely to monitor and reduce related operational costs as well as improve working efficiencies.
- Promote and support activities regarding to safety, quality and efficiency improvement.
- Perform any other related duty as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 3-5 years in Transport Management or related field
- English and computer literacy are required
- Good interpersonal skills, decision making & problem solving skills, management skills, and able to work with individuals at all levels
- Able to work in Kabinburi area and able to work in shift when appropriate.
