**About us**
To monitor and keep record of cost and revenue in transport operational performances, define and improving revenue & cost control by leading solution and implementation with the respective operation teams. Ensure about correctly of all report include KPI report. Completely and ontime of customer invoice.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop the innovative and initiative of transport Admin operation
- Control the majority cost by target achieving
- Complete deliveries of customer’s requirement
- Develop and maintain relationships with customer and subcontractors
- Ensure customer’s complaints have been satisfied ASAP
- Provide necessary reports to customer
- Develop and implement best practice standard working procedure
- Compliance with SOP manual
- Compliance with QA and HSE policy
- Lead and manage team within Transport Admin operation
- Determine team structure, role, performance, target and goal
- Coach and mentor of transport Admin staff in order to help improve working skills
- Compliance with company rules & regulations
- Support to DHL safety committee and participate as required
- Select supervisors and subcontractors

**Experience Requirements**
- 3-5 Years in Logistics provider and transport management or related filed
- Organization skills with ability to prioritize under pressure
- Leadership through effective communication

**Education**
- Degree in relevant discipline
- Good command of English
- Strong leadership and communicate skills
- Excellent teamwork
- Ability to work under pressure

**Competencies**
- Focus on identify and understand customer’s needs.
- Initiating and conducting continuous improvement for admin operation under responsibility
