คุณสมบัติ

**Hiring Requirements**:

- 3-years (min.) relevant professional experience in marketing or similar roles.
- Tertiary Qualifications within a recognised marketing or related-design programmes.
- Fluent in English and Thai, both written and spoken.
- High computer literacy.
- Work with Executive Management and Product Coordinators to research, design and implement marketing plans and programmes for all departments.
- Coordinate and participate in campaign concept development and execution of programs that are intended to increase brand awareness, revenue and consumer loyalty.
- Owning and delivering all marketing collateral, programmes & initiative, ensuring that they reflect the Company’s premium brands, in order to win new business and customers.
- Assist the Corporate Marketing Manager in working with partners to deliver creative assets and oversee operations to execute against partner programs.
- Responsible for the monitoring & execution of media buying as per approved plans, including the measurement of the plans performance and provision of regular reporting.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills in communicating with peers, managers and senior leadership, as well as communicating daily with appointed consultants and industry partners.
- Treats colleagues and partners with respect - considers and responds appropriately to the needs, feelings, and capabilities of different people.
- Ability to take direction & work under pressure and can work independently as well as part of a team in the effective & successful management of multiple tasks.
- Thinks ‘outside of the box’, actively contributing ideas to help drive growth, and is always open to learning new things.
