In addition to SeaMoney, Sea’s other core businesses include leading e-commerce platform, Shopee and digital entertainment arm, Garena.
- Identify compliance issues expeditiously and provide recommendations balancing regulatory requirements with commercial sensibility
- Analyze and recommend effective control system improvements based on regulatory risk assessment
- Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across teams to understand business requirements and develop compliance SOP/Policies

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years working experience with a risk management, legal or audit
- Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Canvas
- Practical and commercial approach to problem solving
- Knowledge in Personal Data Protection
- Excellent analytical skills - ability to correctly interpret underlying information and assess impact on regulatory compliance
- Good command of spoken and written in English
