Facilitate discussion. Combine feedback from different stakeholders to continuously iterate and improve upon your designs.
Be autonomous. Take ownership in the design process of the assigned project from start to finish.
1-3+ years of experience in digital product design and a portfolio showcasing your design skill.
Experience designing apps or websites. Understand the limitations of designing for different platforms such as iOS, Android, and web responsive.
Be logical. Being able to use a systematic approach to solving a problem and everything that you do.
Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, methodologies, techniques, and technologies.
Four-year degree in relevant field, or in non-related field with equivalent work experience.
Experience with user-centered design and proficiency with UX/UI tools (ex. Sigma, Adobe Illustrator, etc.).
Proficient in communication and presentation skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Able to communicate effectively in English.

**Job skills preferred**: Problem Solving, Good Communication Skills, Creative Thinking
