We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and drive the design strategy for our digital platforms, including our website, student and staff portals, and SEO-related content. In this role, you will lead design projects, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless and visually engaging user experiences. Your expertise will help shape the look and feel of Vertical Institute’s digital presence, ensuring our platforms are user-centric, innovative, and aligned with our brand vision.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Spearhead the design of new web pages to support marketing, educational, and campaign initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's brand standards and enhance the overall user experience.
- Work closely with co-designers, developers, and the marketing team to ensure design solutions are cohesive, technically feasible, and aligned with business goals.
- Continuously optimize and refine existing pages, utilizing user feedback and analytics to drive UI improvements.
- Oversee the maintenance and evolution of the design system to ensure consistency across all products and platforms. This includes developing new components, refining existing ones, and documenting design standards for use across teams. Act as a design system advocate within the organization.
- Partner with the SEO and marketing teams to create visually compelling assets that support content visibility and engagement, such as blog thumbnails, in-text images, and brand-consistent graphics.
- Share knowledge on design best practices, industry trends, and user-centric approaches to elevate the team’s overall skillset.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Website Design, UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in website design, and UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in advanced design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with a strong command of prototyping and interaction design.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and executing complex design projects from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles with proven experience in creating intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences.
- Expertise in design systems, including the ability to create, maintain, and advocate for cohesive standards across multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and experience designing assets that enhance content discoverability and engagement.
- Strong grasp of design fundamentals, including color theory, layout, typography, and composition.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Pay: ฿25,500.00 - ฿51,000.00 per month
