Online Advertising Manager

Our client is a charging provider for SMS campaigns and mobile platform solutions catered to enterprises, SMEs, and individuals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generating and implementing new sales and marketing initiatives to increase Revenues of sales and make profitability.
- Being proficient in buying ads CPA, CPC, and managing a portion of the Paid Media budget.
- Driving the success of our media marketing efforts, measured by sales revenue.
- Supporting digital ad campaigns including online planning and insight, online promotions, content production such as videos, online display advertising, web building, and design, and social media.
- Managing high-quality new user acquisition programs, campaigns, and activities across the business’s online platforms.
- Supporting digital ad campaigns including online planning and insight, online promotions, content production such as SMS, videos, online display advertising, web building, and design, and social media.
- Managing high-quality new user acquisition programs, campaigns, and activities across the business’s online platforms.
- Ensuring that projects within the marketing department are delivered on time and that they are in line with the business’s guidelines, quality standards, and objectives.
- Collaborating with other departments such as campaign, Seller Acquisition, and Commercial to optimize programs, campaigns, and landing pages, based on real-time performance.
- Conducting forecasting and estimations on online marketing campaigns and programs.
- Actively participating in the support and development of new ideas.
- Playing the lead role in weekly reports on the performance of programs and campaigns as well as propositions for strategies and approaches.
- Monitoring and creating promotion campaign analysis for future improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree or above in Marketing, Communications, or Business related discipline.
- Knowledge of Ads Management experience, including Google AdWords for at least 4 years.
- At least 2 years experience in AdWords including Display Advertising with the Facebook Ads platform and social paid strategies.
- At least 3-6 years of experience in an online marketing position.
- Experience managing Value added services or businesses on mobile.
- Experience in ad campaign management, from setup to analysis on the web and social analytics.
- Strong business on mobile such as SMS/WAP/IVR / USSD / Application.
- Detail-minded and self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- High proficiency in optimizing and executing social media ads, and Display Advertising.
- Capable of determining key metrics, constantly reducing operational costs, and measuring the success of performance strategies.
- Extremely proficient in MS Excel, and PowerPoint to create both visually and verbally.
- Highly adaptable and can learn quickly and come up with prompt solutions for marketing campaigns and programs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, communication skills, and negotiation skills able to manage work and time within its framework and work under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines when working on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Ability to point out recommendations and results.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and the local.
- Having a strong mobile business makes a plus.
