**_Major Responsibilities_**
- Monitor all business activities and processes in order to ensure in compliance with external and internal laws, rules and regulations.
- Review, Monitor and Analyze all the major business of company and thegroup both international and national to get the information to performcompliance work.
- Observe and manage to have a work process to keep abreast a Law, ruleand regulations which is relate to the business or activities that company and the group need to comply.
- Analyze such law rule and regulations and disseminate to employees, executives and board of directorsto comply with those law, rules and regulation.
- Consult and report to Vice President of corporate secretary unit fromtime to time or as require.
- Develop, execute corporate compliance standard or policy and to monitor business activities and processes in order to ensure that all functions operate in alignment with Corporate compliance standard and policy.
- Analyze all business activities and processes in legal matters.
- Plan,Set up, develop, revise effective corporate compliance policy and corporate compliance standard to comply to external and internal lawsrules andregulations.
- Promote such policy and standard to ensure that employee,executives and board members works align with corporate compliance policy and standard.
- Provide advice and resource to Board members, executives and employees to facilitate them to comply with internal and external laws, rules and regulations.
- Monitor and Coordinate with board member, executives and employees within thegroup to seek input on their requirement, needs and directions.
- Analyze and execute compliance cases andassist and advise board member, executives and employees to find strategies and solve problems in terms of Corporate compliance with law rule and regulation.Provide efficient and sufficient corporate compliance advice, solutionsand service or provide suggestion to related parties regarding compliance issues.
- Inform, consult and support to Corporate Secretary Head and CorporateAffairhead to achieve work assigned.
- Perform special task which is needed by the employee to make the workcomplyto Law rule and regulation i.e. being as notary officer of the company and thegroup.
- Eliminate and minimize all compliance risk exposure that may occurin business activities or transactions of company and or the group bothinternationaland national in order to prevent, avoid or limit the companyor the group ’s liabilities
- Monitor and Analyze all of business activities or transactions of company andor the group both international andnational.
- Conduct and manage the updated process law, rule and regulations which impact to such business activities or transaction of companyand or the group both international and national.
- Plan and initiate thebest practice to be used by the business operation to follow or performin order to ensure that there is no compliance risk to such business activities.
- Promote such best practice to ensure that employee, executives and board members works align with corporate compliance policy and standard.
- Consult and report to Vice President of corporate secretary unitfromtime totime or as require by nature of each assignment.
- Monitor and control major matters of the company in order to ensure that proper steps are followed as per corporate compliance law, rules regulations.
- Supervise matters related to laws, rules and regulation ie. Anti-trustand Competitions and Anti-dumping laws.
- Develop and implement corporatecompliance check list regarding law, rule and regulations.
**Work Experience**
at least 10 years work expericences in Legal, Governace & Compliance, and related fields
**Education**
Master in Laws an and/or related fields
