During your internship, you will be working closely together with our leading Marketing Specialists and Marketing Managers in creating marketing campaigns that are driving measurable results for businesses in various industries.

As we'll be treating you as a normal employee, we are only accepting interns who pass the normal hiring process that we have for full-time employees, hence it will also expose you to the proper job interview process and it will give you the opportunity to a full-time position with us after your successful internship.

**What you will be doing (your responsibilities)**

As one of a few carefully chosen interns, you learn the foundations of cutting-edge digital marketing, by assisting our marketing specialists on the following duties:

- Content and performance marketing: Executing daily marketing by analyzing data, reflecting and learning through ongoing reporting, creating campaign ideas based on data, writing engaging copy, creating design briefs for team members, scheduling posts and measuring and optimizing performance via Facebook ads. This day to day work will allow you to develop a high-level strategic understanding of sales and marketing.

Project management: Taking ownership of the management and delivery of your assigned projects.
- Technical setup: Execute daily ads to serve campaign objective (technical knowledge) by setting up campaigns, audiences and funnel by leveraging the platform function, techniques and tactics. Including learn to troubleshot issues and errors caused by advertising platform.
