Marketing Manager plays a critical role in the Marketing team of LINE Thailand by leading the development of Integrated Marketing Communication/Holistic Communication campaigns to promote LINE products and services. Under your responsibility, you will not only lead Integrated Marketing Communication plans but also ensure all campaigns are imbued with strong creativity and appeal to our users through both offline and online communication.

You would also be leading the development of digital marketing ideas, strategies, plans, and executions across marketing channels and media performance strategies to identify the most effective and efficient ways to grow the business (i.e., acquisition and engagement), specifically focusing on unconventional low-cost but high impact alternative marketing methods instead of buying advertising through traditional media.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and manage budget for IMC campaigns to promote products and services
- Lead communications briefing and development of communications materials and media plans to ensure all executions are in place, on time, and effective
- Lead campaign directions, strategies, and innovation opportunities, while ensuring all campaigns appeal to the users with strong creativity
- Prepare campaign performance analysis and result tracking across marketing channels to reflect campaign objectives and KPIs
- Work well with cross-functional teams such as Graphic Design team, Products & Operations team, Communications teams, and Creative and Media agencies to make campaigns or projects successful

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or a higher degree in marketing communications, advertising, marketing, or a related field
- At least 7-10 years of work experience in marketing communication development or brand management
- Strong knowledge with experience in developing ATL/BTL/Digital campaigns from concept to execution, including both online and offline deliverables
- Result oriented, logical, with the ability to think strategically and creatively, distinctive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a very dynamic environment
- Tech-savviness and interest in digital trend updates/marketing
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Thai and English
