Key Responsibility.
Develop and roll out café and restaurant operation process including standard operating procedure (SOP), cash management, customer service improvement to ensure operational efficiency, effectiveness and services that delight the customers.
Review and streamline team processes for continuous improvement.
Champion the process enforcing, monitoring and auditing the process at both the café and restaurant to ensure same standard routine and compliance.
Develop performance metrics to measure, compare, or evaluate productivity/ efficiency/ effectiveness of the developed process.
Identify and analyze issues in current processes working closely with related functions and provide solutions.
Lead process development project trials, measure results, and effectively rollout solutions to the operation team.
Work with Learning and Development team to provide training for new recruits.
Qualifications.
A Bachelors degree in related fields.
Experience in foodservice, food CPG, or food retail sectors is a plus.
Knowledge of restaurant operation process and related standards and compliance.
