- Maintain relationship with existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Manage and interpret customer requirements and resolve client problems
- Data entry with SAP system
- Support and control customer delivery issue
- Co-ordinate with international vendors
- Monitor and report any problems to manager
- ** Requirement**:

- 【Must】
- Bachalor’s Degree in any (related) field
- Experience in sales coordinator/import,export/logistics/customer support at least 1 year
- Good command of English (Level 4 or above)
